Poker Bet Terms and Conditions – Philippines

By accessing or using the poker bet platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all users of poker bet regardless of the device used to access the platform, whether desktop, mobile browser, or any other supported interface. Poker bet does not currently offer a standalone mobile app; all access is through the web platform at pokerbet.fun.

Your continued use of poker bet following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Poker bet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes through in-platform notices or email.

Poker bet is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling in the Philippines and is a non-negotiable requirement.
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines, or in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting services is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise barred from participating in online gambling activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a proxy or agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a poker bet employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

Poker bet reserves the right to request identity verification at any point to confirm eligibility. Accounts that cannot be verified as meeting these requirements will be suspended and any pending transactions placed on hold pending review.

Each individual may hold only one active poker bet account. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, poker bet may close all but the original account and void any associated bonuses or pending withdrawals obtained through the duplicate accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Poker bet will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify support immediately through live chat.

• Use a strong, unique password for your poker bet account.
• Do not share your account credentials with anyone — family, friends, or third parties.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options made available on the platform.

Poker bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login details.

Poker bet accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

All transactions on poker bet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by poker bet, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and other e-wallets are typically credited to your poker bet account within seconds. Bank transfers via InstaPay are generally credited within minutes during business hours; PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Poker bet does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may charge their own transfer fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposited funds are held securely and segregated from poker bet's operational funds.
• Unverified accounts may have temporary deposit limits in place pending KYC completion.

Players may request withdrawals of their available balance to the same payment method used to make their most recent deposit, subject to the conditions below. Poker bet processes withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts within 15 minutes for GCash and Maya, and within 1–3 business hours for bank transfers.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. There is no withdrawal fee charged by poker bet for standard transactions to Philippine e-wallets or bank accounts.

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. You will be asked to provide a government-issued ID (UMID, PhilSys, Driver's License, Passport, or Voter's ID) and a recent proof of Philippine mobile number or address. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be held until verification is completed.

• Withdrawals must be sent to an account registered in your own name. Poker bet will not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review if unusual activity patterns are detected. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Bonus-funded balances are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for details.
• In the event of a system dispute or error, poker bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals for the affected accounts pending investigation.

All bets placed on poker bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are accessible within the platform before any bet is confirmed. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules for that bet.

General rules that apply across all bet types:

• All bets are final once confirmed through the platform interface. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation, except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available and offered for that specific bet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each market and are displayed within the betting interface before placement.
• Poker bet reserves the right to limit bet sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts at any time and for any commercially reasonable reason.
• In the event of a settlement error, poker bet reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust account balances accordingly, regardless of whether funds from the incorrect settlement have already been withdrawn.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event (for pre-match markets) are void unless a late bet policy explicitly applies to that market.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the platform. Delays in data transmission are inherent to live betting; bets placed during manifest data errors may be voided.

For live casino games at poker bet, game-specific rules including Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, and Casino Poker are displayed within the respective game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

Poker bet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all poker bet promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x) will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Poker bet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed. Once a bonus is credited to your account, existing wagering requirements remain as stated.
• Bonuses that were credited based on incorrect or fraudulent information will be voided without notice.
• Certain game types (e.g., Tongits, specific live casino tables) may contribute differently or not at all toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates will be specified in individual promotion terms.
• Poker bet may restrict or withdraw bonus eligibility from accounts that it determines are abusing promotional offers through systematic low-risk betting or other bonus abuse strategies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the poker bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraudulent deposits or chargebacks: Initiating false dispute claims against deposits made to your poker bet account.
• Money laundering: Using poker bet to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. Poker bet actively monitors for and reports suspicious transactions.
• Match fixing or insider betting: Placing bets based on non-public information or participating in any scheme to manipulate sporting or gaming outcomes.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or abuse the platform.
• Collusion in card games: Coordinating with other players at the same Tongits or live casino table to manipulate game outcomes at the expense of other players.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
• Unauthorised account access: Attempting to access another player's account, or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Providing false information: Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location at any point during your use of poker bet.

Poker bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all users of the platform. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — and that means keeping it in its proper place.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all poker bet players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased further (not increased) for a cooling-off period after any change.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been on the platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off, you cannot access your account, place bets, or make deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion from the platform (minimum 6 months). During self-exclusion, your account will be closed and you will be blocked from re-registering during the exclusion period.

Poker bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes but is not limited to: registration details (name, email, mobile number, date of birth), KYC documents, device and session information, and transaction history. This data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Poker bet does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with regulated service providers necessary for platform operations (e.g., payment processors, identity verification services) and with regulators as required by law.

All content on the poker bet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, graphics, text, software, odds data, and live streaming content — is the exclusive property of poker bet or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose of personal betting and gaming. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the platform without prior written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform.
• Use poker bet's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any external communications without authorisation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile any software or algorithm used in the platform.

Poker bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, subject to the following:

• Accounts may be suspended immediately without notice if poker bet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, match fixing, breach of these Terms, or any other activity that may harm the platform or other players.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. Poker bet will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before taking any action on dormant accounts.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, poker bet may withhold any balance pending investigation. Balances held in accounts closed for legitimate reasons (e.g., player-requested closure) will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support. Pending wagers will be settled before the account is closed; bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, poker bet's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with use of the platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Poker bet is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the platform.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or events outside poker bet's reasonable control (force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyber attacks).
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses due to account suspension resulting from your breach.
• Incorrect settlement of bets due to errors in data feeds from third-party providers, where poker bet corrects the error as soon as reasonably practicable after discovery.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of poker bet, including disputes about account decisions, bet settlements, or payment issues, shall first be escalated to poker bet's customer support team for resolution.

If the dispute is not resolved through customer support escalation within 14 calendar days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate regulatory or legal channels applicable in the Philippines.

You agree that you will not initiate legal proceedings against poker bet without first exhausting the internal dispute resolution process described above. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under Philippine consumer protection laws.

Poker bet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, poker bet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility as a poker bet user to check these Terms periodically and before placing significant bets. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with Section 12. Any bets or transactions completed before the effective date of the amendment will continue to be governed by the Terms in force at the time of those transactions.
